VHP demonstrated at Janatar Mantar on Hindu Terror remark Memo to Prez to sack HM & apology by PM, burn effigy



            New Delhi Jan. 22, 2013. Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal activists today demonstrated at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi and burn effigy of the union Home minister against his statement terming Hindu Terror. A memorandum was also given to the president of Bharat to sack him for violating his constitutional duties. addressing the protestors, Secretary general VHP Delhi shri Satyendra Mohan said that terming Hindus & Saffron as terrorists, he has not only hurt Hindu sentiments and put a blame on our sant samaj, but also directly helped cross border terrorists who have also endorsed his statement. In case he has evidences, he has the power to act rather then misguiding the people.

            Detailing about the Memorandum submitted to the president of harat, shri Vinod Bansal, the media chief of VHP Delhi said that we have sought his immediate intervention in the matter and sack the Union home minister for not discharging his constitutional duties. We have mentioned that ‘this statement of Mr Shinde has also dented the image of our country and is being misused by country’s enemies like-LeT. This kind of immature behaviour of Home Minister will weaken our war against terror’.
In his Memo VHP said that "We, therefore approach your good office to intervene in the matter and redress the growing anguish among the Hindus for such kind of utterances by a person occupying high office as Home Minister of our country. In case he find something wrong in the country, he must take action and correct it rather then blaming any body". "This type of serious proclamation by the constitutional authority i.e. Home Minister will surely influences Judiciary & the investigating agencies thereby depriving arrested Hindus a free & fair trial as promised by Bharat’s Constitution & also putting all Hindus in danger of getting implicated in any such cases" the memo added.
The protestors lead by the state convenor Bajrang Dal shri Shiv Kumar were holding banners, saffron flags and play cards. The state Vice President VHP shri Brij Mohan Sethi, secretary shri Ram Pal Singh and advocate Sailendra Jaiswal, Neeraj Doneriya & Shyam Kumar were amongst those who also addressed the large gathering.
