VHP Delegation attacked by IP University secretariate, Matri Shakti chief injured. Police complaint filed, stern action demanded against attackers and the VC.

New Delhi March17, 2013. A high level Vishwa Hindu Parishad delegation lead by its state vice president shri Deepak Kumar today attacked by the Guru Govind Singh IP University secretariat. The state head of the women wing of VHP Delhi Mrs Simmy Ahuja got injuries and Durga Vahini chief Mrs Sanjana Chaudhary misbehaved. The Delegation had gone to meet Vice Chancellor of the university against deletion of Hindus from the column of 'Religion' mentioned in admission form being filed online for CET-2013. VHP demanded immediate arrest of the attackers and action against the VC for hurting Hindu sentiments and protecting attackers.

According to shri Vinod Bansal, the state media chief of VHP Delhi ‘Our 11 Member high level delegation lead by the state vice president shri Deepak Kumar today reached University to meet VC at 11.30 Am. They were demanding immediate correction in the form and action against those tried to put Hindus in the second citizen category.

 The state convener of Bajrang Dal shri Shiv Kumar & shri Neeraj Doneriya, state convener of Durga Vahini Mrs Sanjana Chaudhary, state convener of Matri Shakti Mrs Simmy Ahuja, distt. Secretary of VHP shri Kamlesh Shukla state vice president of ABVP shri Santosh Upadhyay, journalist shri Rajeev Gupta  and  president of Hindu Sena shri Vishnu Gupta were amongst the delegation.

VHP demanded immediate arrest of the attackers and action against those who protected them apart from correction in the form and unconditional apology by the university for the willfully neglecting Hindus in the form.
